I wanted to take a minute and let you know that you were right-on with predicting that “A” Boiler Feed Pump motor bearing was close to failure. Once the old bearing were removed your findings were confirmed. It would have created problems for us if the bearings had failed in service especially now during quarter 3. This is not the first time you have identified a problem before it created a forced repair.
I did not what to let this opportunity go by without saying thanks and good job. I will recommend your services to the Water department. With all the pumps and motor they have to maintain, I am sure they will be interested.
