Vibration Analysis
Vibration Analysis is a valuable and cost-effective maintenance tool. There are multiple maintenance systems and technologies however, Vibration Analysis provides the greatest return-on-investment when adopting a Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Program.
Benefits:
- Identify Machine Problems & Issues
- Reduce Downtime With Early Warnings
- Reduce Secondary Damage From Machine Failure
- Increase Machine Productivity
- Better Maintenance Planning
- Reduce Maintenance Costs
- Reduce Spare Parts Inventory
- Improve Over-All Plant Safety
- Reduce Injuries & Risk Of Injury
Early Detection of:
- Worn Or Damaged Bearings
- Worn Or Damaged Gears
- Lubrication Problems
- Misalignment Of Machines
- Out Of Balance Machines
- Loose Fittings Or Foundation
Please contact us to let us help you find the best solution for your needs. From start to finish we are your connection to predictive maintenance programs, service and support.

Alignments
Having machines aligned properly saves time and money. Correctly aligned machines reduce the risk of expensive
breakdowns and downtime.Typical problems arising from poor machine alignment are:
- Lost production time
- Leaking seals
- Increased vibration levels
- Higher energy consumption
- Bearing failure
- Shaft breakage
- Coupling wear
- Quality problems
- Worse working environment

Predictive Maintenance
Predictive Maintenance is the standard for today’s industrial machinery. Predictive Maintenance (sometimes called Condition Monitoring) allows plants and facilities to accurately predict when service and repairs are due. Predictability comes with many significant and important benefits for your plant.
Benefits of Predictive Maintenance (PDM):
- Allows you to schedule time for downtime and repairs – instead of being forced to deal with an unplanned breakdown.
- Allows you to budget money for machinery maintenance.
- Saves you money because proper maintenance helps you avoid costly breakdowns.
- Improves efficiency of machinery with optimally tuned equipment.
-
Infrared Thermography
Infrared Thermography Cameras to detect infrared energy emitted from objects and convert it to a temperature distribution. Thermography can accurately detect malfunctions, variations and problems that are due to temperature distribution that cannot be seen in a visual inspection. Spikes in temperature can indicate critical failures.
-
Ultrasonic Testing
Preventing the loss of air, nitrogen and other gas leaks is an important maintenance tool. Ultrasonic Testing on non-rotating assets such as steam lines, steam traps, vacuum chambers, valves, air lines, gas lines and pressure vessels can potentially save your business significantly from energy losses.
Leak Detection is an important function for detecting and protecting problems in assets. Compressed air is one of the three highest cost utilities in use at your plant. It is also one of the least maintained in terms of system leaks. Like compressed air leaks, vacuum leaks can cause grief for manufacturers who rely on negative pressure for their processes. Vacuum leaks represent energy waste, but they also affect product quality. Methods for finding vacuum leaks are similar to those used for positive pressure leaks. Any gas under pressure will produce turbulent flow at the leak site making it detectable with airborne ultrasound inspection.
