Infrared Thermography
Lindsay Engineering uses Infrared Thermography methods and equipment to detect temperature problems in your machinery. We use Infrared Thermography Cameras to detect infrared energy emitted from objects and convert it to a temperature distribution. We then analyze the temperature distribution images that are created.
Our expertise and experience allow us to accurately detect malfunctions, variations and problems that are due to temperature distribution. Spikes in temperature can indicate critical failures. With the use of Infrared Thermography technology, we can detect and remedy problems before they develop into bigger and more costly issues.
It is time consuming and difficult to accurately map and detect temperature distribution on your equipment visually. Viewing a temperature distribution through the lens of the Infrared Thermography Camera allows us to observe potential problems that cannot be seen with a visually inspection.
We use Infrared Thermography as another tool to help us prevent, diagnose and repair problems in the machinery of our clients. For more information on Infrared Thermography, please give us a call.
